thanks. the part with the hole in the flange is item 11 in the gear drawing. not sure how to position the hole. item 16 is what is broken on the clutch. All six link arms are broken. Hoping I could just replace the link arms but I think you have to have a special fixture to remove the tension. appreciate all your help so far.

That hole in the input shaft housing should be at the bottom. It is a weep hole. If the seal leaks any oil, it will drain out that hole into the bell housing instead of following the t/o bearing support tube to the clutch and soaking it.

thank you for confirming that. I also noticed no gasket behind that same part. I was thinking I should replace it.

correction: item 24 on double clutch is what's broken. thinking i'll have to get it made. Otherwise have to spend the money on reman clutch. Problem being the ones i can find call for a 1.75" flywheel step spec. My current flywheel is 1.71 so I would have to spend more money on machine work then too

If you have a rebuilder in your area, you might check with them. They might have the parts or be able to order them.
