winch installation--HELP!!!

I guess I should have let the dealership put on the winch, but they wanted $550 to install the winch, windshield, and top. I got the last two done with few hitches, but this winch is a winch! It's a Warn Vantage 3000, and the mount they sold me is Kawasaki KAF 40-014 Fairlead Mount. The Kaf instructions are way inadequate, and the pictures the same--does anyone out there PLEASE have a video, better directions or SOMETHING I could use to help me!? Thanks so much!

No experience but I just Googled and found some videos but different winches. Also found a pdf download that looked to be clear at first glance. Maybe the instructions I found are better.

Fwiw, my soninlaw''s atv (different brand) has a winch that is almost hidden... quite a bit inside .
