CK 35 HST - 2nd rear remote with Float feature

Folks - looking for some help. Does anyone have the part number for the second rear remote kit that has the float option for the CK 35 HST. I believe Kioti offered this in the past, while Bobcat did not. I have the Bobcat Clone to the CK 35 HST.

I am running some hay equipment that needs to be in float while in operation, and my current rear remote ( Bobcat part number 7150492) will not do this.

I don't believe Kioti offers a second remote with a float. Could be wrong, and I know its been argued over before. You might be able to jerry rig something, but someone else will have to help there. As far as I know however, Kioti does not offer a float option for the CK remotes. A call up to Michigan Iron and Equipment might help, as they have a heck of a lot of Kioti parts.

Davrow had one put on his CK 27.

The other option is some sort of system ( electric solenoid attachment) to allow the second remote to float between the lines.

I stand corrected. If it works on the CK27, it should fit the 35, same hydraulics as far as I know, and I think the only difference is the HP.

While I can get into the online Bobcat Parts book, Kioti does not have this on their web site. I called several Kioti dealers in states near me, and none seem to be able to help...indicating it does not show up in their current parts book, even for the CK 27. Hoping someone might have an old parts book around that might have a moment to look it up.

This has been brought up several times, but to the best of my knowledge, Kioti does not offer a rear remote valve with float.

I personally installed Davrow's top & tilt set. One of the control valves for the rear remotes has the float function. :thumbsup: His rear remotes were added by his dealer using Kioti parts.

Sorry, no part number but yes, I had a float position on the second remote of my CK30, installed by my dealer using Kioti parts.

True, but this seems to be the only case, and no one knows the part number. I know there is no mention of a float in any of the Kioti literature I have seen online or paper, and no mention of it in my manual. I know MIE has a good reputation and parts lists and inventory. Call them and see what they say. davrow could give some help here too. Otherwise you may have to fix something yourself, Brian can probably help with that.

I Google it and talked with Michigan Iron - That number is for the complete unit with both remotes. They said that the second remote kit part number is 322027 for the CK 35 HST and has the float option on it. However when I looked up that part there is no mention of the float feature. Has anyone installed this valve, and does it have the float at the bottom location?

As for the float I am adding a hyd cylinder to my IH 1300 mower and need float on the cylinder in the down position (double acting cylinder) I am also looking into either a drum or disk mower and they both say to put into float in the operation position.

thanks for the update, least maybe you have the part number now. I would ask about returns to michigan iron, if you recieved it and was not float. I converted my 1300 to hydraulic lift and really like it, the kubota i was using when i did that, didn't have float so I had to build the linkage to float.

The Part numbers from the Dealer invoice for my Valves are as follows: New Last Fall 2014
KI322026 Kioti Valve Kit CK 20 / 35
KI322027 Kioti Double Acting Valve Kit CK 20 / 35

I assume the Double Acting Kit is the valve with float?? Hope this helps.

In 2007, I added both rear remotes to my CK30hst. Neither of the valves had a float position. I'll check for the part numbers and see if one is able to be converted to a float valve.

Here are a couple of part numbers.

Item numbers are:
KIQ-322027 convert single valve to double
KIQ-322026 Rear aux hyd valve kit

These are the part numbers off the customers invoice that has the 2nd valve with the float function for a Kioti CK27.

Prior to the remote valves, I used to have an OEM Kioti "hose kit", as it was called, to power my bh. It mounted in the exact same place as the remote valves. I had saved the hose kit after installing the remotes. This past Summer, a member who had a CT225, was looking for this hose kit to save money as he didn't need the function of a valve. Long story short, I sold him my hose kit and it mounted and worked fine. So I believe the Kioti remotes would fit also. MEI is also good on returns if something isn't right. You'd just have to pay return shipping if for some reason it's not what you want.
