Has anyone gotten a Kubota snow blower from their dealer this year? I ordered a new B2650HSDC with a front mount snowblower this past October. My dealer is still waiting for the snow blower to arrive. The shipment has been delayed 2 times already. Apparently they pre-sold a bunch of snow blowers last spring and they are still waiting for these to arrive also. Why does it always seem that Kubota is unable to deliver snow blowers for their tractors?

Earlier in this winter season, Buffalo NY got dumped on with huge amounts of snow, maybe Kubota shipped all their blowers to Buffalo ?

Probably because everyone waits for winter before they decide they want one.

I bought the tractor but dealer had to order snow blower as he was all out . I emailed Kubota headquarters asking what the delay was getting the blower as winter was coming etc. . They emailed me back and apologized, as the dealer said, " it would only take 2 weeks " . I had also ordered a front weight bracket and weights which they gave to me for free due to the delay . I was happy with that . It seems they have to wait for a full truck in order to make a shipment to different localities .

HEC, do you have to email address that you sent the email to? I would like to contact Kubota and voice my concern. I ordered in September with promise of delivery in the fall, then Christmas, now today it was supposed to be here and is not. It is my understanding from my dealer that they places orders last spring that they are still unable to fufill almost a year later.

I don't remember the email address I used , I just looked Kubota corp. and used the contact us info . I was very surprised how quickly they responded . The computer I used then crashed so I don't have that info anymore .

Not that it helps you any, but Kubota subcontracts with RAD Tech. out of Canada for their snowblowers. I believe JD also uses them and probably some other tractor makes. Who knows if the backlog or delay is with Kubota or RAD?

Did you order in September or October? Conflicting info there. I ordered my blower on June 11. Had it in one month, just needed to wait for full load on delivery truck. Good luck. Philip.

Dealer called today and said that it did not arrive as today as was promised by Kubota. They are saying that Kubota won't tell them when the snow blower will arrive. They are working up that chain at Kubota, but so far no info. I according to me dealer, the order was placed in September, probably later in the month from my recollection.

Dealer (R&S) called yesterday & is picking up our B2320, today, to install B2781B front blower.

Will you have your tractor and blower back from the dealer by the time this next storm hits ?

Here in Maine it'll be Sat. evening, although it doesn't look like much accumulation expected.

Just fired off an e-mail to Kubota via their online contact form. We will see if they have any response about snow blower availability or are willing to make any accommodations for not having snow blowers for snow season as promised.

Good luck as it worked out for my advantage , even though it is quite irritating not to be able to use tractor and blower for the snow storms as planned. Let us know how it works out for you .

I'm not planning on it - last time I checked, the forcast for the Saturday storm, here, is for only 3 to 5". The other tractor has an FEL & a 7' rear blade on it and that combination is plenty adequate. My plan is to not use the blower this Winter, much. Having just put down a load of 2" stone on one of our drives, I'd really like to pack it down and let it stabilize before I run a brand new blower over it.

Update, Kubota corporate called me the other day to tell me that the regional sales manager would be calling me. I think this is who my dealer has been pressing for answers and not getting any from. I am still waiting for the regional sales manager to call. Will update when they do.

My dealer and I still have not heard from Kubota. I sent another message via their online contact form. I will see if I can get them to respond and address my problem. Is this just how bad the customer service is from Kubota corporate or am I just having really bad luck with this?

Stopped by the JD dealer this morning to look at alternatives. They could get me everything in 2 weeks, but I was not really impressed with the dealer or the product. I think the Kubota would really meet my needs best. How can Kubota treat their dealers so poorly, right now I could walk away from my deal at Kubota and go elsewhere and the dealer would be stuck with half a package that they would have to sell. I am not so sure how excited I am about paying full price for a tractor that is from last year that has been sitting outside for 6 or more months while waiting for equipment.

I would blame your dealer, not Kubota. My dealer has lots of Kubota blowers in stock for all models. Front and rear.

Kubota has failed to deliver on orders my dealer placed last spring. They were all promised to arrive this fall along with my blower, then it was December, then January, now they won't say when.
