Have soil report now what?

Got my soil report recently and I have a few questions. I working with a hybrid of Bermuda grass called Texas tough. What I like about this grass is that it's a very drought tolerant grass and is very disease resistant.

First the report shows;
pH of 8.1
Nitrogen requirements 40lbs/acre 1st and subsequent cuttings.
Phosphorus requirements 55lbs/acre 1st and 80 2nd and subsequent cuttings.
Potassium 0.
Calcium 0.
Magnesium 0.
Sulfur 5lbs for 1st and on cuttings.
Everything else is 0 or N/A.

Now for the questions.
I will be using up the fertilizer on hand which is a 20-20-20 water soluble at a rate of 5lbs/100gal at a rate of 3-5lbs/acre. Does that mean that at that rate I'll be putting 20lbs/acres?
And if this is so to put 40lbs/acre all I need to do is double the dose (10lbs)?

I'm assuming you meant to say "5lbs/100gal at a rate of 300-500 gallons per acre."

At that rate you'll be doing 15-25 lbs of fertilizer mix per acre, let's call it 20. The numbers on your fertilizer mix -- 20-20-20 -- are percentages of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium. So 20 lbs of fertilizer has 4 lbs of nitrogen. So to get 40lbs/acre of nitrogen you'd need 200 lbs/acre of fertilizer mix. At 5 lbs/100 gallon that's 4000 gallons per acre.

I wouldn't make the mix any more concentrated than the label recommends. First, depending on the formula concentrated nitrogen can burn plants. Second, it may not actually dissolve at a greater concentration.

OK on the concentration. I looked at the label again and it said 3 to 5 lbs per acre. I'll contact the suppler to get clarification.

OK, have my answer. For the product that I'm using at the rate specified I would be putting down 1lb. of nitrogen per acre. So to get the required amount of 20lbs per acre I need 100lbs of fertilizer per acre.
