59 degrees going up to a warmish 82 today, on what was supposed to be a clear day, but I see a small band of showers in the area.
Not what the pavers want when they arrive this morning for sure. Hopefully it will go away. Shoo...

update: pouring rain, sigh, well, it will show how it all drains for sure, and if there are low spots.

Did something stupid yesterday had pole saw on truck talking on phone ran into saw which left a nice gash on my head into hair line. Now instead of white hair I've got pink hair. Really sore this morning but only myself to blame

That reminds me my 10 year old lincoln grease gun no longer wants to pump it always is loosing it's prime. The battery is at the end of it's life. What's new out there, battery powered? Or is there a part that needs replacing and buy a new battery?

Don I had not one but two air operated grease guns fail on me, or maybe operator error, I really don't know, but I could not get them to pump, which I assume is the same issue of getting a prime. I push that internal rod back and forth a few times, nothing seems to help.Just put put put of the air and nothing comes out.

I went back to a manual one, so you sure aren't the only one with grease gun challenges.
when they worked, oh my was that nice. Since the arthritis in my hand makes it harder to grip things, having a button to push would sure be nice. Hard enough keeping the end centered on the zerk so you don't squirt grease everywhere and have a mess to clean up.

I was thinking back to my childhood when we filled grease guns out of a big tub of grease with a giant ladle. Talk about a mess....

Poured first cup of coffee. 61° with Cloudy skies this morning. Heading to 67° with thunderstorms throughout the day. Got the apple tree cleaned up. Need some good weather to run branches threw chipper. Going to be a inside project day.
