Morning everyone, a chilly 46F here this morning, back to work tomorrow, been off since August 20th (vacation and time off for the death of my mom). Don't feel like going back to work. Still moving stuff from old house, really do not know where we are going to put the stuff in the new house. Might have to purge and have another yard sale.

48 out this AM when I left, that is 10 degrees cooler than the weather people thought it would be.

Tore up some pastures this weekend, mended fences, and inherited a plumbing issue under my kitchen sink too. Some valve in the main tee seems to be stuck as to allow water to only come out the sprayer. Dis-assembled and could not figure it out. Man I hate that, hoping the SO will find another teee somewhere today. Sigh.

Good morning! 70˚ heading to high 80˚s, cloudy. Saturday was our coolest summer day ever. (Global cooling?)
My bowl project needs a 4.5" lancelot blade for my grinder which Lowe's and HD do not carry.
Rswayn - that electric cord takes up way too much valuable table top work space - but you know that - please move it soon it really bothers me there. :irked:

Still nursing my first cup of coffee ...

Managed to slap some phosphoric acid on two of the "cleaned up" rectangular tubes yesterday ... love what it does: a nice dark (blackish) phosphate coating ...

I pooched the petcock on the 30 gallon compressor yesterday while trying to open up the tank drain ... the "handle" just spun ... tried to fix it but no joy ... I'll need to pick up one of those today, to get it back in service ...

Supposed to have a high of 70F today ... ought to be a nice day to get some stuff done.

Might have to stick the MMM back on, as with all the rain lately the grass continues to grow like mad ... despite the cool weather ...

Yup ... I think you are definitely correct ... she's been complaining about the rust spots on the van ... said a while back she's ready to "get out there and start grinding or sanding or whatever it is" that has to be done to pretty-fiy it ... if only I would just get her set up with the tools ...

This could get interesting ...

Yesterday when we were @ HF I showed her what a jitterbug and a body file were ... and then explained that we have both back at the house ...

Then I got a quiz as to why we had those ... lol ...

I explained they were bought to do body work - for the van and the kids trucks (which he no longer has) ... and the body file was brand new, still in the box, unused ...

At that point she suggested I should return it for credit ... :laughing:
