Kubota 2500 loader control sticking

The loader control on my Kubota 2500 Has started sticking. I lubed everything I can get to. It was sticking in the up mode after exercising it quite a bit it is sticking in the down of float position?

I used to could raise the front wheels when I put the bucket down (even though it says FLOAT) but now it just lowers not powers down?
Tractor has only about 550 hrs on it.

Any ideas?

Float has no power as the cyl fluid is open to tank.

Remove and clean the spool.

Not sure id I fixed it but I got it working again.
Revved up the engine and raised and lowered several times fast as I could then raised it all the way up and just kept bumping it into float and finally I felt something change and it started working correctly again.
