And now I'm probably going to by a LP rear angle blade with hydraulic angle although I won't have as much use for it after a couple years. I considered buying a EA blade, but based on my experience with their rake I am willing to pay more to have a better quality.
I know what you mean about "lesser" quality. You get what you pay for, it's as simple as that. Regarding the rear blade, I've only used my rear blade a handful of times since I bought it last fall, but I'm extremely happy with it. I bought a Landpride RBT 4096 with 2 out of the 3 angle functions hydraulic. Then I bought a cylinder and hoses from Brian for the offset feature and it's quite a nice setup now. I didn't think my tractor would be a great match for the 4096 but it actually handles it just fine.
Too bad your not closer, there is a almost brand new RBT3584 on CL right now near me for a pretty good price. You'll definitely be disappointed if you settle for the EA blade vs. the heavy duty Landpride blade, especially now that you see how nice it is to use a good quality box blade.
