Has anyone adjusted the Loader Relief valves, or the system PSI ???

The relief valve on the loader valve also controls the remote valves. Other manufactures will have diff pressure settings. some more than 2600 and some less. Just when a tractor comes into my shop with a pressure issue I take it to 2600 psi at PTO speed. Ive had a couple R4041's come in where the PSI was only at about 2000 psi. Which is way below factory specs.

Ok cool. I'll source a pressure gauge so I can check. Looking back, my previous R4041 may have been too low.

So in this pic, where's the set screw?

I do not have a LS but that protrusion on the top of the loader valve looks just like the one on my Kioti, other than my whole valve assy. is turned 90 degrees.

Just checked TSC, the highest gauge they have is only rated around 400psi ... :-(

On my P7010 there is another pressure set screw mounted on the left hand side of the loader arm up close to the bucket dump cylinders that you can adjust. I appears that if may just affect the break out force because that is the only thing downstream of the distribution box with the adjustable pressure control.

I thought that was for flow amount ?

TSO, just curious, did you ever get your pressure checked, and what was it? I'm wondering if I should invest in the parts and check mine.
Thanks

No I haven't had a chance yet ... been in the middle of some home renovations. I'll get to it hopefully soon tho

There is safe working lift capacity and the higher max or breakout lift capacity. Why dial in more breakout capacity when B.O. already exceeds the safe working capacity. The tractor will become more unstable with less weight on the rear wheel and the center of gravity will be raised.
If it's making stock psi, leave the system well enough alone.

I don't want to increase capacity, just want to check for factory specs, I have a R4041!!!!

I'm with you, Underdog, I'd just like to make sure my R3039H is up to specified pressure. It seems to me that in an older thread, someone posted the 3039 spec, but I can't seem to find it.
