I read that post but I was referring to something more detailed to include part numbers etc..
Okay, this can get you started but you will need to modify for your circumstances- coupling type, whether or not you want to add a hose, gauge mounting type- bottom mount or back mount, etc. It will be for a system that can be used as a pass through or dead head. Parts are from Discount hydraulics, except where noted and all fittings should be steel:
NOTE: This information is provided for information only. My typing is poor and I will not be responsible for anything someone may order. The orderer needs to verify the parts are appropriate for their intended application.
Gauge assembly:
- Bottom mount gauge, 5000 PSI- #AFC-5M-25, $17.31
- Straight swivel adapter, 1/4" male/female- #359313, $4.99 (Northern Tool and Equipment) Use for gauge positioning.
- Pipe coupling, 1/4" female/female- #5000-04-04, $1.50
- Hose, 5800 PSI 36" long, 1/4" male NPT fittings on each end- Abbott Rubber hose #1960-0250-36, $17.10 (Amazon.com)
Coupling assembly
- Pipe bushing, 3/8" male x 1/4" female- #5406-06-04, $.83
- Branch Tee, 3/8", female/male/ male- #5601-06-06-06, $7.90
- Extension connector, 1/2" male x 3/8" female (2 each)- #5405-08-06, $5.52 each
Now one needs to add the coupler set. The following is for the pretty much standard ISO 5675 (agricultral) that most tractors seem to have at the rear remotes:
- 1/2" ISO 5675 coupler set (with 1/2" female NPT)- #4AGF4-AGF4, $14.60
I have not had much luck using pipe thread sealing paste that others more experienced in hydraulics may recommend and only use the yellow "gas" tape, available at any home center, hardware store, Amazon, etc. My joints using tape are almost 100% and with paste are 50% at best.
In my situation I wanted a 3/8" Tee section and then used the bushings/extension to adapt the couplings, as I have 3/8" and 1/2" couplings in 4 different types and this setup would provide me the flexibility I require. One might be able to save some money by using a 1/2" tee and no adapters for the couplings.
These parts will give you this:
