Has anyone adjusted the Loader Relief valves, or the system PSI ???

Without the risk of sounding stupid, I assume you turn it clockwise ?

That is correct. Clockwise to increase pressure, counter clockwise to decrease pressure.
Have you checked to see if it needs adjusting??
I plugged my test gauge into my rear remote, ran the engine up to pto speed, and checked gauge. IIRC the factory spec on the R3039H is 2422 psi. Mine was a bit low at 2250.

BTW, you should find your system hydraulic pressure in the specs section of your loader manual.

You need to be doing this with a pressure gauge attached or else you have no idea where the pressure was, or is. Too little pressure most likely will not hurt anything, where as too much pressure can bend or break things, cause seals to leak, and if under warranty- void it. A pressure gauge can be made for ~ $100, more or less, depending upon how flexible one wants it to be. Mine cost a lot more to build but I can use it on any fitting on my tractor as a flow through type or dead headed.

This is my base unit but I have a lot of other adapters/couplers/do-dads, just in case, which really ran up the price, especially the skid steer couplings. I have another post on TBN that provides a list of part numbers and where I purchased the items, most of which came from Discount Hydraulics, but am unable to locate it at the moment.

Can plz someone confirm the parts? I made BOM for a pressure gauge Pressure Gauge - Open Source Tools

Without verifying the sizes, the overall looks about right to me. The fittings at the gauge end are a bit different than mine. My hose is longer (36"?) which allows me to hookup to a QD at the rear remotes, underneath at the FEL connectors or at the other side, top of the loader arms for the added front remote connector and check/adjust while viewing the gauge at a good angle. I also have all of the various QD types for everything on my tractor (3 - 4 types?). I have used most of these for one reason or another for troubleshooting/adjusting.

I use "gas" tape for all of my hydraulic connections and it works well. I have also tried the paste, which others on TBN seem to prefer, but have not had much luck with the two brands I tried. YMMV.
