Snow snow blower

Hi Guys
I have a 2320 Kubota that I want to put a snowblower on. My idea is to take a rearmount and remodel it to fit on the front. What I am looking for is a gearbox that I can mount on the rear pto with a shaft coming out and facing toward the front of the tractor, I can then run a drive shaft to the front.
The center mount pto that is on it runs at 2500rpm which is too fast for my purposes.
However I am having trouble finding a gearbox, any help would be appreciated.

Might be money and a whole lot of time ahead to look at an Irvine front mount (rear drive)blower.

I looked into buying a gear box to run off my mid pto, forward to an older snowblower designed for 540 RPM. I needed to not only reduce the RPM, but also reverse the rotation. Decided it wouldn't be worth the money, so I'm going with a front mount plow. Just my experience.

Use the mid PTO on your tractor. It already is reversed to run the proper direction! it just needs to be geared down from I think it's 2,000 rpm to roughly 600 rpm.

If the gearbox had three gears or if it was chain drive with two sprockets wouldn't everytrhing be turning the right way? CW
