Big deal, I think your out of ideas
Waxy ... you take some grumpy pills with your Fruit Loops this morning ... or am I missing something in your comment?

Cool, as always, to see your mods, 4shorts!
Does the alarm cover just the hood or the implements on the tractor as well?? i.e. if someone tried to take the bucket off
Looks to be a vibration alarm, so it should.

I get it done but I get some flack from wifey. She keeps telling me I take on to much the one time but I tend to be happier when I'm up to my ears in projects.I know this is light hearted humorsince 4shorts planned this small mod a while back while he was onto other mods. This is kind of a fill-in mod while he's waiting for the ink to dry on the plans for a different mod. It's nice that 4shorts actually gets his mods accomplished while mine stay in the cobwebs of my mind. The wife says I have a lot of those.

Looks like you have been having FAR too much fun... If you ever come down this way, I know where you could find 3 Kubota that could use some mods...

Thanks my friend. Always nice to see your around.
Yup, Aaron is right (as usual) lol. It works on vibration. Really loud too. Two wire hook up, inexpensive and a ten minute install. Wireless remote was tested at 200' and the sensitivity can be adjusted to the point that if you give the machine a dirty look it will set off the alarm
If someone hits the side if the shed it can trigger it so its cheap insurance. There's no a lot of room for the unit but for the BX it will fit on top of the battery area where the power steering hoses are.
You dink?
Well it's been crazy busy around here the last few months. Been building and testing some new BX things and even a few for the Grand L. Just this week I completed stage two of our land clearing so stage three starts in a month. The dump trailer has been fantastic. Hauled over 50 loads with it and just love the thing. My older brother needed some help so I even managed to get the BX in the trailer to help him out. Yes it may look unsafe but its well planted in the dump. I did have to redesign one item.. Yup. I fabricated two ramps to go on the trailer and they worked really well but at 80 lbs they were heavy so I built another set out of aluminum and they weighed in at 36 lbs so my back likes those :cool2:
Here's a few pics

If you don't mind me asking, where did you purchase from &/or what brand / make / model is the alarm?
Great idea!!

Wish you hadn't told me that. I just paid $450 replacing the alarm on my Subaru Legacy wagon:thumbdown:
I don't mind. Up here I got it at Princess Auto. I don't think they are hard to find. They are on FleeBay. I put one on the BX and the Grand L.
Here's the link to the manufacture. I think it's an inexpensive PRACTICLE mod. It's the vehicle alarm I installed.

Many thanks!

Thanks for posting that, 4shorts! Neat to see another part of the world without actually getting there!
Only thing I might add, is a stretch where you could open that baby up and let it breathe a little on a straightaway!![]()
Very nice Camera, sharp, clear and wide. I'm surprised your town looks like it could be any town here in the US, small world everything is global I recognize just about every business.

Thanks. I would have laid a bit more weight on the pedal but wifey said IF I get arrested for driving fast she WILL NOT post my bail so I'm trying my best to be good but it's tough, really tough
