what size adpater for quick hitch?

bought a cat 1 harbor freight quick hitch today. What size adpaters do I need for lower pins for my implements. I read conflicting statements. Is it cat1 to cat 2 adpaters or is it cat 1 to cat 3? they look to be cat 3 size hooks but who knows

My Landpride was cat 1 to cat 3, buy from northern tool for 12 bucks a set.
