Now that will bring the ticks out in major numbers.
perhaps a silly question, but is there anything good or worthwhile about a tick?
They seem to just be disease carriers. Lots of Lyme disease around here. Scary stuff, wrecks your
nervous system for life if untreated. Even treated, numb fingers and toes are not uncommon, aka peripheral
neuropathy.
so while I might smile at Bambi, I'd prefer her whole family as steaks and chops, and all the ticks in the world eradicated.
Now there's a use for DNA research...can't we just bioengineer them away? Or does that break some kind of prime directive...
