Warm this morning and the high temp is supposed to be in the 60s. Supposed to be some nasty weather hitting this evening and tonight.

I had day old coffee, scrambled eggs, and apple bread toast for breakfast. :licking:

Dehydrated about 10 pounds of apples yesterday and made almond crackers which are still drying. Got a bunch of indoor chores to do but I have to put the tarps over the wood pile before the storm hits. It has been dry and windy so I left the tarps off the wood pile to help the wood dry.

we are getting some serious snow,all the different forecast tell different stories to me we could be looking at 10-12 inch with strong winds with drifting.we have 26 now going up to 32 today,looks like i will be taking the wife to work.

Had 2 more inches of snow yesterday and later had some rain showers. Just a bit above freezing so not a lot of melt although it is supposed to warm up a couple of degrees over the next few days. So it may be a green Christmas here.
Got some rain showers this morning and a temp of +0.2C, should warm up to 3-4C later.

Roy, glad you are getting settled in and at work.
Sounds like the move went reasonably well.

My wife would like to go back to Hawaii, and the girls are begging to go. We were married on Kuai back in 93 just after they reopened the island after Iniki. We also took our very first vacation in Waikiki way way back in 1989 or 90...

The Big Island looks very pretty...

66 degrees and overcast, but sun trying to break though. .17 inches since midnight on top the 1.21 we got yesterday. My genset is humming.

Suppose to go with a neighbor and look at a Deere 25A flail he wants to buy - $1600.

Good morning all. Temps were around upper 40's this morning temps have dropped to 34F and intermittent snow and WINDY. Have had two power surges just now so will post quick

Well, we're in Vermont!
I've been working at my new job...seems to be a good fit and a lot of work to do!

Oh good! Now you can ship out all those Vermont Castings stoves you promised all of us for Christmas.:thumbsup:

Glad you made it and everything is coming together. I figure I'm too old to ever move again. They'll just have to drag my carcass out into a ditch and bury me here some day.:laughing:
