Loader How to increase loader lift capacity

/ How to increase loader lift capacity #41
Ok... Finally got to a pressure test. 2000 psi at red line... Tested at the loader. Still would like to bump up the pressure just a bit. Where exactly is the pressure relief valve on the b2320?

maximus1277,

Show us a picture of your loader valve.

On most loader valves, the relief valve is close to the input hose.

Some reliefs are on the hyd block.

IF you have remotes, that valve will have a relief valve.

Kubota uses a system pressure methodology. The loader valve does NOT include a pressure relief valve. Maximus found the location and is adjusting it with the shims. Let's hope he doesn't over do it...

If the loader valve is integral with the tractor like it is on the B**20's then that is where the relief is for the whole system.

Finally got to the pressure relief adjustment..... One 0.3 shim gave me approximately 100 psi of pressure..... Don't know what that translates into for the weight increase on the loader. By the way.... Cleaned the tractor today.... Made a decision to trade it for a like new ck27 HST. The deal was right.... Will surely miss kubota... At least for a few years. Any takers for a clean B?
