Hunt around for something already built. I found this one and just made up a SS quick hitch for it. Fun to use but it really takes a lot of snow to not feel like an idiot if some one were to see you in 6" of snow:laughing:

That is Cool!!!!!! I would love to find one already built, but don't suspect I will. I have done way dumber things than plow 6" of snow with my tractor!

I intend to make the V-Plow so it will float independent of the bucket, lifted with a chain. That will keep the weight of the bucket on the front tires.

We use a mini excavator rubber track, bolted against a C profile, as snow pusher. The rubber doesnt scratch the pavement.

bcp, interesting approach. I am hung up on a V-Plow now though.

snowjoker, Thanks, but way out of my price range, I don't really need a V-Plow just want one! I need to be in the few hundred dollar range. It also cannot be too heavy, my tractor is not very big.....

Keep the ideas coming.......
