Help trouble shooting my front end loader

I'm hoping for a simple fix. I was digging out some tree roots, and realized the my curl down function quite working properly. It only had a very slight amount of travel before the valve went over relief. I can't seem to figure out. I took the pin out of the barrel end of both cylinders and operated the cylinders a slight amount(the hoses were short). I should have taken off the rod end, but hindsight is 20/20. the cylinder seemed to operate properly when the pin was removed. Here is a video of the of me cycling the loader. Please help!!!

G'day check your bucket it seems to be curled back a long way it looks like the bucket stops have allowed it to go over centre,you may need to get pins out and allow to roll forward a bit. If not that then something jammed in around the bucket pivot maybe. The way the rest of your hyd are working I don't think it is a hyd prob but more a mechanical one.

Any sign the boom is sprung? Do the loader pivot pins appear to be inline with each other.
Try unhooking the rod ends of the bucket. See if the bucket move freely when disconnected.

Well, looks like I found the culprit. I took the cylinders off at the rod ends and the bucket moved freely. I went back to the QD's, and w. a little work I was able to get the stubborn QD off. After inspection, the poppet in the female QD was not centered, and the one in the male seemed to be seized. I'm not sure if that is due to the lines being full of hydro oil, or if it was completely seized. Either way, I'm going to get a new set of QD's and should be good to go. I do have a couple questions though. If I take off the female QD, which is just past the valve, will the hydraulic oil flow out, or will the valve keep it from coming out. When I take the male off the line going to the cylinder, I'm sure the hydro oil will run out, but are the any tricks of the trade that will help me out on this job?

G'day sorry never thought of the QD being a prob, have you tried a small screwdriver or pin punch to see if you can pop the poppet back into the centre?

No oil should come out of the female end as you suspect the valve spool should stop any flow as for the male end being siezed it is prob just pressure in the line, wrap a piece of rag around it and rap the poppet down onto something solid ( the rag stops the oil from sprating everywhere) or alt you can undo the tip of the hose but be careful as there will be oil under pressure and it will spray out, a piece of rag wrapped around it once you get it loose will help.

You may not have to replace the QD if you can get the poppet back in.

on the male popett shut the tractor down on the ground, work your joystick to releive the pressure. then see if it will push in. if it's under pressure you will have a hard time getting it to move. BUT make sure the loader is on the ground and or supported in some way.

I was able to get it centered back, but when I tried to plug it back in, it just moved back over. So, I'm sure something must be bent, or maybe something is holding it open. I'm just going to contact my dealer first thing this morning and am hoping the have a set in stock.

I hope yours are cheaper than the NH. I think the males were $26 each. I am sure the females are more. I would try hooking them back together and cycling them again. Make sure they are properly connected with the collar slide completely back.

Quick couplers are not a dealer only item. As long as you pay attention to size and type of threads you can buy else where. Get a name brand like Pioneer, Faster, Parker, etc.

Close. Males are $15.00 ea and Females are $24.80. But, they have them in stock at a fairly local dealer(75 miles), so I'm going to get them. I can buy them online for $15.00 a set, so I think I might order a couple sets to have on hand just in case.
