Supposed to hit 65 today.
I got the fenced in area behind the house mowed yesterday. Got to replace a wax ring on a commode this morning, then finish mowing the rest of the yard.
Finally got a tentative offer from that Federal job in WV. They sent me some paper work to do and I've got to accept or decline it by Friday. I'm going to accept it, of course...but I still need to find out exactly where it's going to be (somewhere around Bridgeport, WV).

CONGRATULATIONS !!! They picked the best candidate for sure. Is this going to be a position you can retire from, or just a contract job with an expiration date? Sorry that I cannot remember which.

This is a full time permanent position. I expect I'll be there until I retire...not sure when I'll do that though (unless I win a lottery).
I'm trying to find out exactly where I'll be (for the house search). I might be at a DoD supplier or on a WV National Guard base.

Good morning all. After about 36 hours of heavy rain it is finally starting to lighten up. Did have a wind warning as well, had some some strong wind but not to bad. Might even see a bit of sun 
later today. Think we got over 2", sure some big puddles. I can hear the creek from the house, it's pretty full.

Just came in to feed the cats and me, it was in the 40's and raining hard today, an entire half inch, but the sun is coming out now and it is 55 degrees. Will go out and mow when the grass is dry enough.
