RTV Coast valve

Well I too am tired of banging my head on the cage and dumping whatever I have in the bed in reverse. I got a coast valve but after reading all the posts should I install it? Not only that the directions look like a black bear in the dark. They could be pointing to the moon and I couldn't see it. One other thing, POWER, I took it out to the pit today and all in all it realy wasn't that bad on the hills. But if somebody has a secret hand shake that I could use to give it more power have at it. I do like the thing but like any guy I'am never satisfied. Thanks

Turbo=more power...

I like the engine braking myself...One you get used to it, it's a true benefit. I have no desire to get rid of that.

I tell you i like the old version better i had one of the first rtv 900 out in 2004 and a new one in 2007 and loved the engine brake on hill. once you got used to it all you had to do is learn to feather the fuel peddle.Then i got a new 1140 and going down steep hills i have a little more pucker than with the older ones.so don't worry be happy

I like my engine brake, my driveway is at the bottom of a hill on a quarter mile stretch of a gravel road. Ofcourse I floor it, then let off the gas at the last minute and try to break traction.:thumbsup:
