You can get very close by multiplying PI (3.1417)
times the radius of the bucket squared
times the length (60") and then
divide by 2 since the bucket is only half a cylinder.

Then convert the cubic inches to cubic feet. 1 cubic foot equals 1728 cubic inches. 9 cubic feet equals 1 cubic yard.

I'm sure you meant that there are 27 cubic feet in a cubic yard.

IF it is similar in size to the 60" bucket on my LA463 loader, then it is probabally 8-10 cu ft. Depending on wether you want a volume "struck" or "heaped". I always just figure 1/3 yard per scoop is a good average.

For reference the LA463 is rated as 8.1 cu. ft. / 9.9 cu. ft or 0.30 cu yd. / 0.37 cu. yd
