At this point I feel a little bit for the customer as well. Perhaps he has realized the err in his ways and is having a hard time facing up to it or is in the middle of a difficult time. I would rather give him the benefit of the doubt- until proven otherwise. Although we all agreed long ago his actions were not appropriate- I still can't write someone off until they fail in the that last opportunity to make it right. (Pay and perhaps apologize)

I think we all can reflect on a time where we have owed someone money or, needed to step up and take responsibility. Sometimes the "sucking it up" part takes a while. Each of us is different.

Just wondering if it is time for you to send a letter saying you going start charging storage fees after x/xx date. If this does get uglier, a paper trail sure does nothing but help you if it is ever needed.
