In TSC today and saw a decent looking set of pallet forks, they didnt have a price tag so I got a employee to come out and scan the bar code. He said the bar code was not readable, another guy went out and came right back in and said $999. Does that sound about right for a set of 42" QA forks?
Gator up in Denton N.C. said $500 for a set of 48" rated at #3800 cap.
My 4110 is only rated at #2700 so they are heavier than I need but thats all
Gator builds. Anyone know of a better deal?
Thanks, William

$500 is a good price...I would buy an attachment from Gator long before TSC! Especially saving $500.

Skid Steer Express also has some decent deals.
Usually free shipping. They have an ebay store as well as being able to deal directly.
I was super close to buying a set there but after a month of running a want ad on Craigslist, a set showed up locally that I grabbed up.
I'd say your price of 500 beans for a set of 48 inchers is good if they're in any kind of shape. I'm assuming they aren't brand new. I paid $400 for an older set of 36" Wifo, but they're pretty heavily built. Also hinged so that the rack folds down flat for storage.

John Deere wants about $9xx for a set of 3700# QA forks, so TSC seems a little high.

Used Bobcat forks bring around 500 dollars at most well attended auctions in Ohio. Does not seem to matter if the back rack is alittle bent or not. Been looking for a year to replace a homemade set using forklift forks. No bargins yet.

Everything Attachments, one of the sponsors, has QA pallet forks. The HD 42" set I got from them are working great.

Jims Tractor & Implement down in Hephzibah Ga. has 48's for $549, don't know the manufacturer or load rating but I'm gonna check 'em out. I'd rather buy from Gator but I'd have to pay shipping $100-$130 or buy $100 worth of gas and spend a day riding up and back. Jims is within 10 mi. of one of our jobs. I'll let y'all know what he's got.

When I bought my 48" 3700# pallet forks last the local JD dealership was the cheapest by over $100. I got mine for about $730. My guess was they messed up, so I gave them my CC number over the phone and told them to order them right away :D. I was really surprised since they sell everything at list price and never budge on price.

I got a set of 42" 3500 Lb. QA forks from ATV express for $525 including shipping. I'm pleased with them.

Just an FYI - same outfit as Skid Steer Express that I mentioned in an earlier post.
I bought a clamp on receiver hitch from them several years ago. Nicely built item for the cost.

I just bought a set of clamp on bucket forks and I'm real happy with them for my use. $145 delivered. Not anything like the heavy duty ones, but real quick to put on and off.

Went by Jims Implements yesterday to check his out...nice looking heavy duty set ,builds them on site. 48" rated at #5000...asked him for his rock bottom, cash and carry price. Jim replied "you know these are $1000 forks but I'll take $800" I told him I could get a set rated at #3800 for $500 in N.C.
Jim said "OK $700" I told him he had them listed in the I Wanta for $549 and he said "and thats what I want for 'em" Guess he was just having some fun with me. Told him I'd probably be back to pick up a set. Another guy
was there to pick up a rake ...said it was built there and was half the price of a County Line. Jims is located just South of Augusta Ga. on Hwy 1
