I'm wondering what's involved to install Kioti's second set of rear remote? Can someone share the instructions with me? Thanks.
It involves removing the seat, removing the first remote valve, replacing the stacking studs with longer studs, stacking the 2nd valve first, then the first valve. You may need to replace the mounting plate at the rear of the tractor with the 4 hole plate, and running the pipes to the back.
All in all, a couple easy hours of work.
Here's some pictures from a while ago:

Finally got my rear remotes installed (thanks Rick). Get my Toplink tomorrow, will post pics when installed.
You may also want to consider a splitter. It basically plugs into your exisiting ports and has a small selector switch on it that you can switch back and forth to choose which circuit you want to be "live." You use your existing control to move whatever cylinder you have selcted as "live." No plumbing involved and cheaper than a full second set of remotes while effectively giving you two sets. (Kind of like a multi plug electric outlet that you plug into a single outlet to get two or more out of)

Hi all,
I just completed the install of a 2nd remote kit (T4145-A04040302) on my DK40se and would like to share some of the things that I learned the hard way.
1) buy 2 10mm x 1.25 nuts to install the longer studs. Put the first nut on and use the second to lock the first nut in place. Thread the stud completelly into the casting and then remove the two nuts.
2) the new valve is stacked onto the existing valve and will be closest to the rear wheel side of the tractor. Not towards the center of the tractor as I read here. The control levers will not function properlly as one is taller than the other.
3) the new valve comes with the orings already installed, no need of the orings (04810-00100 and 04810-00160) in the kit. Orings are found only on 1 side of the valve body.
4)the snap ring on the lever shaft is hard to get at. I had to access it through the side panel and had a tough time getting it back on.
5) the seat is heavy and an extra set of hands helped get the seat out/in without banging something up.
Although it took me longer than 2 hours complete, it was not too difficult. Thanks for everyone's input that gave me the confidence to attempt the install.
I now have a set of remotes for my hydraulic chute control for my rear blower and a set of remotes for my new power angle plow. Blower is a Pronovost 74 inch, plow is a HLA 2000 at 84 inches.
Bring on the snow !!!!!!!!!!

Installing the rear remotes wasn't as bad as I anticipated. Tight spaces, some bruised knuckles, a few choice words at frustrating times. Unfortunately my install pics didn't come out. As stated in another post, the pipes may have been the most difficult. First of course was the wrong part, but after getting that, it appeared the top pipes were just a tad too long, or my fat fingers not nimble enough, but I figured it out.
Here's a couple pics with the cylinders hooked up.
HTL came from Agristore - great to deal with
HSL was built by TBN/s own MtnViewRanch, again, great to deal with, competitive with CCM, very nice work.
It rained today before I could try it out. I've become a wuss, on;y work in the rain when no choice. Tomorrow, I hope to hook up the rake and dress the driveway - sure needs it.
Here's a couple pics.
I'd like to get a set of those cylinders. Please send part numbers and vender. Thanks!
Sorry David, I tried rooting around and googling but didn't find what I have previously seen. It might be buried in a thread here somewhere because I think this was where I saw it. Might have been an advertiser now that I think of it so Muhammed might be able to help. It was about the size of two packs of cigarettes, had two male connectors in back and four females in front (two out and two returns). Then there was a small selector switch that you used to select which line you wanted to direct flow to. Seemed like it would be the ticket for most weekend farmers looking for a second set of remotes.
