Trailer w/no Springs?

The only problem I have had with unsprung trailers is like the others said. When empty bong, bang, bounce, boom, etc...
And don't lower the air pressure in your tires with a load to get some cushion, not a good idea for the sidewalls etc.

I know it wasn't right but a lot of my racing buddies and myself towed our stock cars 1000's of miles with springless trailers in the 60's and 70's....
I built my first sprung trailer in 1975...
