Wow! Not so much about the story but the poor TV coverage was incredible. Picture of cop car on the road. Almost no images of the "cliff" - even in the daylight. What little images they showed didn't look very steep. Lots of trees. No images of the RTV, no interviews of rescuers or victims.

Wow. There's not much to say really, except they were extremely fortunate. Would have been interesting to actually see what an RTV looked like after plunging 700 feet.

I was thinking the same thing. I think news crews are attracted to flashing lights a lot like flies are to those zappers.

The reporting was certainly bad -- it appears to have been a John Deere, and alcohol was definitely involved. This video shows the cliff and the totalled JD...
