After reading the posts of people waiting for the payment book and getting it after the first payment was due I figured I better use the coupon supplied by the dealer and send that first payment in.

Well that didn't work out so well either. My first payment is now considered late and the check cleared the bank 2 weeks ago. I now have to get a photocopy of the check from the first payment and fax that to KCC for proof.

There doesn't seem to be a correct way to handle this.

I always paid mine on the internet. Quick and easy.

it is crazy and stupid but can't you just get a copy of the check right off of the internet from your bank? I can.

Do you actually give your checking account # to Kubota financing and authorize them to take money, I would do billpay from my account, so Kubota doesnot have autority to take money :confused2:

How can a payment made 2 weeks ago be
considered late?

I was able to get a copy of the check online from my bank so now I'm waiting for KCC to fix the issue.

I couldn't make the first payment online because the account wasn't available. KCC is back logged so a lot of the times they don't have your account completely setup by the time your first payment is due.

Next month autopay should kick in.

It's been 2 years, but I think you had the option to have KCC automatically withdraw from your checking every month, or do a "1 time payment" every month (that's what I did.)

I'm on my third machine using the snail-mail payment method. I have never had a problem.
