Nice setup!
I'm doing my final road work today. Then the grader is going to get put away and the blower greased. Bring on winter. I want to go fishing!

What do you use on the back for weight ?
I use a 48'' KK tiller on my BX1500 when plowing snow.

Well guys, I just plowed for the first time. Piece of cake!!

Granted, it was only 4", hardly a blizzard, but shoot, I didn't even use 4 wd.

And, btw, the front pvc worked like a charm!! Highly recommend it. I think the trick might be getting the split cut just right. Too little slit and you can't mount it, but too big and there isn't enough tension to keep it on. I used a table saw, after the first cut, I rotated a blade thickness and ran it through again. Perfect. Very hard to get on, which is what you want.

LB- used nothing other than my wheel weights, which I am beginning to believe it.

Only got a little over 2" here. At least you had enough to do a 'debug' run and try things out. Glad the PVC is working for you.

12-14 inches already on the ground. Stunningly beautiful.

Might get another 6" more tonight, we shall see.

I'm as ready as I can be - forecast is for 20-25 cm of snow followed by rain, all accompanied by 100 kph winds

Filled up with diesel
Bought license plates so I can go on the road to get the neighbours dug out
Installed ABS edge on bucket
Bought long johns
Bought insulated coveralls

Now I just have to remember where I put that toque!

Seems like the storm pickup some speed while passing though..8" fallen and just about stop..winds are picking up tho.

About the same over here Thomas, probably around 6"-7" and tapering off to the fine stuff. Hope we don't get sleet or rain. If we do, I'll wait until tomorrow am to clear the drive. It was 10* this morning and now it's 23*.

In my area, Montreal, it was/is nice snow blowing snow, not wet sticky stuff like the first storms often are.
Also the ground is frozen so my gravel is still in the drive.
About 10 ins so far, and that is blown clear off of my property thanks to my Mitsubishi and Bervac blower.
Heated cabs are sure great as is having both front and rear wipers.
Will do final cleanup tomorrow.

We ended up with about 10" and no sleet or rain. Still 24* and dead calm now. Just finished cleaning the driveway. Gave it all a good clearing as it is supposed to get very windy and cold later Thursday thru Saturday. One storm down and a few to go

We had 15" yesterday and another 15" today which I will have to take care of tomorrow. Most of it was lake effect snow, only a portion was due to the storm that passed by.

I have never seen my mechanical barometer with such low pressure. It was pegged at the minimum - 29"
