Spend yesterday chipping away with our new toy. Worked great , mounds of chips. Hickory, oak, thorn apple maple. Ofcourse the Hickory was the hardest, but the dead Thorn apple was the worst to chip.....Hard as nails.

Shirley you have some action pictures for us !! Are you satisfied with it? I was looking at that chipper when the country fairs were going on here a month ago. Four different dealers had that chipper on display (with four very different prices).

Thought I had attached pix to this. yes very satisfied. The larger poles of Hickory (2 " and bigger get cut up for firewood) seems the chipper bogged down abit on them. other than that it works wonders. Have plenty to do as the wife has big plans for it.. me in other words. We got ours for 2600. think they list for 2900. Running behind our new Kubutoa HST L2800. Nice combo
