Is that a factory valve for your rear remote, or one you installed? If the later please post a part number for it.

Valve was installed by dealer, using factory kit. High $, but I wanted it done right. :(

I called the Dealer last night to pick his brain, and his guys are stopping by today to check on the valve function - gratas.

Fingers are crossed.

Markham has been unbelievably helpful, and told me that if it comes down to a faulty ram, they're there for me. I just haven't had the time to take it to the neighbor's, to try it on his skid-steer to narrow down the problem.

6" of snow last Sunday. 1"+ in rain on Monday / Tuesday, and today it's 13 degrees out with 40-50mph wind gusts...Gotta love WI in the springtime!

The only bonus for me is that it's so soft everywhere right now, even R-1 AG tires wouldn't keep me off the end of a winch cable...so I can't do much with it anyhow.

Hooray!

I just got off the phone with the dealer - Turns out the two hoses feeding the remote valve were hooked up wrong by them, needing to be switched.

Word is - I've now got grapple!

Sick feeling in pit of stomach - Gone!

Wifey - Off my back!

Dreams of all that I'll accomplish with the new tool - Priceless!

Thanks all!

Lunk

PS - Yeah, eventually there will be photos...

Thanks!

This has been a source of much frustration, despite the dealer and manufacturer support.

KUDOS to Markham Welding - Great product / Great support!

I'm glad you got your problem worked out. Seems like a nice easy solution. Now on with the grappling.:D Make sure you post some pics, I'm very interested.
By the way, while you have the camera out there, could you snap a couple shots of the hydraulic line set up? My 3510 is set up for a backhoe and I am wondering if your set up is similar. I'm kind of hydraulically challenged and I get a headache when I try and figure these things out on my own.

Probably a while yet.

Nothing's changed in my world as far as my ability (or lack thereof) to post pictures...

Sorry...:(

Some day I'll sit down with the boy and have him give me a quick instruction in the fine art of posting pics.

Problem is the home computer is iffy at best for the task, and the work computer is off-limits...

Someday.
