Are you asking about 3pt hitch or walk behind?

For my 3pt hitch Woods tiller I'm not sure. I just set my PTO speed to 540, drop it in and let it rip

Considering taking the engine off of the 5 hp (1/2 a) 3pth tiller for my SS18 Sears and putting on a PTO to gear box, to V belt drive. No sense
in running a gasoline engine and the diesel JD 2305 engine both. Tiller width a bit narrow but will be better than nothing or a spring tooth cultivator.

The 540 PTO rpm is reduced to 200-240 tiller shaft rpm depending on model.

Exactly the info I was looking for -- Doing an Electric Motor driven Roto-Tiller, and looking to determine drive ratios to get the Tiller Rotation Speeds correct.
