Helpful trick using cell phone

Don't know about you guys but I've experienced ALFS "automatic laminar flow shutdown", when going during a lightning storm and a huge bolt hits right at the moment, all bodily functions associated with said flow go into involuntary emergency stoppage.

Must be something in our evolution that triggers this, Thag musta got zapped a few times

I personally saw my cousin try this. By the way he was jumping around, I would guess that he probably received an electrical jolt of some kind.

They used Buster a few times and they used a ballistics gell dummy. It really was very interesting.... and entertaining as well.

A friend of mine unlocked her car with a cell phone once . She called road assist and they opened it up with a pair of Slim Jims

Slim Jims are a pair of thin metal strips that are fed down between the glass and the weather strip . They hook onto the lock linkage , then you pull up to unlock the door .

Of course we know what slim jim lock openers are, You've never heard of Slim Jim, the spicy little sausage sticks sold in convenience stores? I use to love them though have lost my taste for them now.

I'm sorry. I couldn't resist. Slim Jims (the sausages) are pretty good snack food.

Slim Jims (the burglar tool) are carried by most police officers and locksmiths.

I was tempted to join in earlier and suggest that "Jim" was Australian slang for tow truck operator. But I resisted...... You guys seemed to have the nonsense taken care of.

No , thank's , we are OK . It is heartbreaking news .
A lot of it could be avoided , if people would either slash the grass or burn more frequently and keep the vegatation away from buildings .

Hey, glad to hear you are not in the fire areas. Man, that looks bad. Fire is a scary thing. We had some dry conditions here a while back and I always worry about my pine forest going up when it gets like that.
