My 2nd Tractor, A Great Unit
Model Year: 0
Bought a JD750 4WD new in '85. Now has 670 hrs. Recently retired and bought a 10 ac. property with lots a old hardwood. First year, used the JD and it's decent, but would come close to tipping when hefting timbers. And the PH digger got stuck a few times when it didn't have the power to pull up. I was looking at Mahindra, Kioti, JD, MF, INHO, albeit uneducated, the Kubota was the best value and bang for the buck. I went with the 4WD and ag tires. I have a set of Titan 42" forks w/QA; a boom, PH digger, 60" Gearmore rototiller, hiller/furrower, Ratchet Rake, 60" box blade. Currently, I'm thinking the pallet forks are the MVP. I can quickly move and stack logs with out getting off. I use it to heft large boulders (over a ton ea.). Use the boom to rip out stumps. This Kubota unit is pretty strong. So far, I'm happy with it.
Pros: Quick start, great "HPG" (hours per galllon), easy to drive, comfortable, strong.
Cons: Only has step on it side. Joy stick kinda gets in the way when getting on/off the right side. I wish the stick was shorter and that each side had an assist handle and step.
