Buying Advice ZD 21

Hi All,

I have an opportunity to buy a used 60" ZD 21 with 1200 hours for $1500. It is in excellent shape and has been dealer maintained since new. It will be used for mowing 15 acres of turf on an estate property. We are currently using a 50" Lazer on this property, but looking to upgrade to a bigger/ heavy machine. We own a few Kubota tractors but are new to their mowers. Wondering what peoples thoughts were on ZD 21 and if we could realistically get a another 1800-2000 hours on this machine. Any know problems with these machines?

Being a kubota diesel, IF its had its been maintained theres no reason it wont run a lot more hours. I bet you will save a lot of fuel over time too!

That's a smoking deal. I just bought a ZD21 with 1470 hrs for about 3X that. Really like the mower. I don't know what the expected life of one of these is, but this should out last me mowing my 3 acres.
