So how much extra is the cab option ? Mine doesn't have the cab but was thinking about fabricating one, my question is are the doors on the cab one plexi or glass ?

Of course, the price you negotiate with a dealer --- taking into account the total package being purchased, any rebates, finance terms, and any trade-ins --- is much more accurate in determining the cost difference between a tractor with a cab and without a cab.

I think you will find that the factory-installed cab on the YT235 meets many of your expectations for a tractor cab. All the windows are glass and factory-installed heat and air conditioning is standard equipment.
