Any particulars to look at on 600h used one?

Suitable to run 5' tiller, 7' finish mower, 6' rotary cutter, 6' box blade , maybe 1 or 2 bottom plough , 9' sickle mower

I’ve used the 4310 with the 430 loader quite a bit, and honestly, it’s a solid, well-balanced compact tractor. The power-to-size ratio is great, and with regular maintenance, they hold up really well. The loader is smooth and strong enough for most small farm or property jobs.

You might be too large with your cutters and mowers with that tractor.

We had a 4310 w/430 loader had a little over 1700 hours when it left our place. It's still going at its new home.
A 2 bottom plow did not do well in our clay soils. The other stuff, didn't have any issues. I'd get another one.

OOps, should have added; it won't run a 7' finish mower in 12"+ grass/brush. It won't run a 6' brush cutter in thick cover below 2000 rpm. It won't till really well below 2000 rpm. It won't fill up a 6' boxblade very well without using 4 wheel drive

Thank you. Yeah I figure I'm right on the edge with a couple. 5ft brush cutter might be better. 5ft box blade. I assumed I'd need mfwd for box blading.

Reasons for me to upgrade from a 4100 CUT to the likes of a 4310 are to brush cut or sickle cut 40 acres 2x a year. I don't need much heavy brush cutting. I've been getting along with my 4 footer. I just want a wider cut to reduce time Also to run the 5 ft tiller that barely gets by on the 4100. And to break up clay in the arena with teeth on the box blade or similar.

I've been looking at a Branson 4815 or 4215. The 4310 seems to be about the same specs. The 4100 has been solid minute the engine piston fail as a result of original owner fault. Still, it ran for years.

I'd seriously consider a rhino ts10 flex mower.

I've had my 4310 for about 10 years now and it has been a great little tractor overall. I have the power-reverser model and it has done everything you mentioned. I run a 5 1/2 foot drum mower on it and I can run it range C gear 2. I also use it quite a bit to run my 273 NH baler. Adding ballast to the rear tires and adding 2" wheel spacers made a world of difference in its stability.
