Yeah, good luck with that, we have to beg to get anyone to even talk about work we need done and NO ONE to even bother to show up...“next time I’ll probably have to hire someone.”
Speaking of roofs, I would not own anything with a pitch greater than 4/12, maybe a 5/12. Particularly as you get older. I had a 12/12 once and hated it.... when you realize there are a very limited number of seasons or years left, where you're going to be physically able to complete some of those projects you've been putting off for "someday". Better get that roof replaced, while you're able!

Doesn't look too thrilled about all the attention.My wife's older today...70! We ate at a Mexican restaurant we frequent & they sing in Spanish, she gets fried ice cream, Sombrero and whipped cream in the face!
