Gary,
Do you have your sway chains fairly tight? Sometimes one link can make a big difference, as the left chain stops the right side sway and vice versa.
Does not seem to matter with curved or straight arms in turns clearance. Just a thought you probably have already addressed. You might ask Ernie what he thinks though. On one occassion I added (drilled) one pair of new holes on long arms to limit sway even further. Also you can turn pins around (inboard) on your box blade to narrow arm distance. Regards, Mark

Have your rear tires been flipped so that they are at their widest position? You should not have any problems if they are set wide.

Turn the pegs on the box blade toward the inside (facing each other) and connect the 3 pt. hitch up that way, then raise the blade up and evenly tighten the side links on each lower arm until the box rest in the middle of the back tires. Turning the box blade pegs inward will make a quite a big difference. It'll also be easier to connect and disconnect your blade, except that you'll have to loosen the side links. I had that same problem with my box blade and finish mower and by turning the pegs inward made all the difference, no more rubbing implements on my tires.

Good luck
