YM2000 Starter Question

I recently made a starter purchase from the same company on ebay in which you are talking about, and when I first opened the box to visually inspect the new starter from Starters-Alternators, I had my doubts that this YM1700 would work properly on my YM2000 as well, slapped it on, connected wires and BOOM!!! Perfection!! no troubles whatsoever....NO GRINDING, NO BINDING, NO STRAIN, WORKS GREAT, PERFECTION!!!!!
W/1 YEAR WARRANTY, NO CORE CHARGE, SUPER FAST SHIPPING, AND IT DIDNT HURT MY WALLET!!!!!

Does it have the same number of teeth on the bendix? I know that has been a concern and a problem with some replacements that have been discussed here?
