Yanmar YM186 valve kit

Hi,
My YM186 has a leak on the valve when little open to permit hydraulic (see drawing piece 26A and red arrow on picture). I am looking to find spare part to change all the valve. The kit is yanmar ref: 194500-46300.
Could you help me with an adress to find this kit?

The kit is no longer available from Yanmar.
However, they do have the three o-rings, which average only $1.50 each, are most likely the culprit. Any Yanmar dealer should be able to order them for you.

You can just replace the o-rings in the valve. No need to replace the entire valve.

An hydraulic shop will have all the stuff you need for probable less than €2 or 3€.

This is Hoye US. Could be your stop valve is different. The part # seem to be the same just a different valve or similar in your Dia.. When you do replace the orings it maybe different. Came up before on here.

On my YM186 the valve is the OLD version, like in this drawing:

The OLD version and NEWER version use the same o-rings.

Replace the o-rings.

OK o-rings on valve are 1AP7.0 1AP12.0 and 1AS14.0
Could you confirm what means AP and AS? and numbers are in metric (milimeters)?

Many Yrs. ago and recall AP is the rubber/polyester of it. How much pressure it will withstand. High pressure durability etc..
AS- is the actual size of the O-ring. Inside /outside width.
