Yanmar Spec's Spreadsheet

Guys -

I have been grabbing data when I can and putting into a spreadsheet....I thought I would share and ask if there was a way, we can use this as a sticky under the Yanmar Forum and have someone host the file so that we as a collective group can add/delete to it as needed.

I found a free sharing site and loaded the file up there, but its for 20 downloads and 24 hours. Assuming you find this valuable, If you know of a free site that has unlimited downloads and duration, please let me know.

Also - this data comes from all sorts of sources, TBN, Hoye, the web, LMTC, Len Shaeffer - not sure if its accurate or what...but its a start.

Google Docs will let you share a spreadsheet online for free, no limits on how many people view it.

That is a neat and useful idea. I'm not computer literate enough to help much there but could add a little accurate data.

I loaded the file onto google drive....thanks aczlan for the tip.....I think if you right click it you can download to your computer. Hope this is helpful

Wow, what an exceptionally useful tool! I really like how you've grouped all the data for each model, with dimensions, engine model, tire sizes, PTO RPM, and everything else. This is really a major step forward in terms of the collective knowledge. Thank you!

Thanks guys....I would like to keep it a living breathing document so we can add to it as info becomes available. I have no problem being the keeper of the file so if you have something you think needs to be added or corrected, just let me know

Made some updates. THANKS TO CALIFORNIA!!!! I also added a spot for Notes (in combined Data Tab) that includes comments and links to additional information

I will begin to date the files so when you download them you know if there has been a version change.

Other Tabs: Loader and BH info, Electrical, Ballast, Tractors to Avoid, Tractor Data links.

There is some questions around version of tractors - the Ym2000 and 1500. if you have info on when those models changed please share.

have to try it on google thing now, at first I clicked it and it asked me to save or open it and opened my file explorer. I clicked off then told it to open and nothing and it said on the screen "thank you for uploading or uploading complete"??? I did nt upload anuthing so I thought?

Any chance any of you downloaded the version that was dated 3 march? I deleted that version off of Google drive and I lost a lot of work! Please let me know if you did!

The version uploaded 3/5 showing 3/3 in its header? I still see that when I click your 3/5 link. I downloaded it just now. This download shows charts on a couple of the final pages that appear blank to me, online. If I can see this version online then it should be visible there to anyone. PM me your email if you need it.

The version before that (upload 3/4) was never accessible for me.

Your 3/1 upload version still loads for me but the option to download has disappeared. I still see 'Print(PDF)'.

2/28 version is gone.

Thanks California - I was able to find some of the file in the trash...This is a learning experience and I have learned my lesson. I will update the file locally and then share the file onto google Drive.

One thing to remember, members should download the file - this way you can see any images that have been embedded - like wiring diagrams and ballast charts. For some reason they do not appear in the Google Drive view.

I don't mind at all, the only thing I would suggest, as time allows, is perhaps get the brochures copied and available in your Google document. I have noticed that some pictures from Photobucket in older posts of mine have disappeared and I haven't changed anything. Having them available through Google may be more reliable.

The only thing I'd ask is that you credit the people I did for sharing them with me. They're not mine and I only was given them through the good graces of others.
