I have a 1985 JD 1450 and it was beaten hard in its former life as a golf course tractor. Mostly it was poor maintenance and care along with hurricane driven trees falling on it. Jefferson Diesel in Harley La rebuilt the one injector that gave me trouble. This solid machine only gave me a problem when the double acting clutch gave out on me. What a mess. Thanks to a VERY good friend we got it back together and it works well for me.
