You'll likely need to live in a farming area to find a dealer set up to fill your tires. Here, any tire dealer that services tires for farm equipment can do it for you. The reason for the calcium cloride is, it adds additional weight over straight water, ww fluid, anti-freeze. It not a bad idea to use tubes when filling tires.
