Those tractors were reconditioned in Viet Nam where unsaleable tractors were shipped and piece-mealed togother as necessary to make a runable unit then painted up very nicely. Some people got decent tractors but others have many horror stories, in early failures, attempting to match parts, etc..

I know this. They probly won't be around long. Advertising Pics. of tractors in this condition. The first thing I thought after I noticed the "Flat Tires" was I wonder what they run like? If they even do? :laughing:

I wonder if they are advertising to find dealers, to establish one layer of customer support between them and the ultimate customer? Pump up the tires and ship out a trailerload! 
More than 10 years ago I found a local garden-equipment dealer who had been a dealer for 'factory rebuilt', gorgeously repainted, Yanmars for a short time. He said so many came back for warranty work, and they generated so much disappointment and hostility from his long-term customers, that he quit selling them as soon as he realized they were wrecking his reputation.
The other side of the same story was I eventually found that the import house where I had bought minor renovation parts for my YM240 - bulbs, knob covers, etc, was his source. They had been honorable in taking back warranty returns for exchange - until they apparently went broke because of this and they disappeared. During this importer's last days I asked about the owner and was told he had gone back to VN to try to improve the quality of what his family's factory was sending over.
