Yamaha A Arm Bushing Replacement

I am trying to replace the rear A Arms on my Yamaha Grizzly and I cannot remove the bushings from the old A Arms which are still in good shape and would take a few weeks to order.
Does anyone have experience in removing these without ruining them? Also what is the cool trick to installing them in the new A Arms.

I was finally able to press them out and repress them into my new a arms Thanks

I have a couple of 06' Grizzlys. I am curious why you are replacing the A arms.

My friend was following too close, and I encountered a pickup truck in my lane on a blind corner. I missed the truck but my friend didnt miss me. Oh well it's fixed with OEM parts, and drives like new.
