So I got the tractor back from the dealer Tuesday. The guys from Murphy Brothers Trading company in Boonville, MS did a great job getting this sorted and back quickly. I was able to get out prep some soil and make some beds before the rain.

Most HD Obd II scanner will read and reset trouble codes on LS tractors my XR4040C has an unkeyed Caterpillar OBD-II socket I had to buy an adapter to a standard OBD-II connector , my china HD OBD scanner reads and resets codes as well as reads live data...haven't tried the regen function as of yet but thinking that should work ...

You can also tur the key on then off two times to reset some codes.

Not for sure about useing key to reset OBD ...May clear light , but won't clear codes from memory....

Correct, not from memory but on occasion a sensor code might trip the "creep" mode.
