Buying Advice x720 Johndeere with loader

I am looking to buy the X720 John deere with a loader for $7,000.00. Is this the right price range?

Is it new or used?

The x720 is the 2 wheel drive one?

What kind of condition is the mower/fel in? I would be concerned with traction using a 2wd mower with the fel if you need to do any digging. Moving multh and stuff around should be okay. If it is in good condition the price seems good to me, the 45 loader runs about $3000+ alone.
