X575 Value

Hi all,
I am in the process of selling my house and the buyers are asking about buying my x575, 54' deck and 47 snow blower w/chains and rear weight rack & weights. It has a little over 200 hrs (212 i think) and is in great shape, always garaged. What would be a fair asking price?
